CLAYTON, Ohio -- A Butler Township teen dies two days after a New Year's Day crash.

Kelly Baldauf, 17, died yesterday as a result of head injuries.

A passenger in the car, Jacob Burchwell 17, of Clayton, was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries and has since been released.

The teen reportedly swerved, flipping his truck several times on Sweet Potato Ridge Road near South Old Mill Road in Clayton.

Cops say Baldauf was not wearing a seat belt.

They do not believe alcohol, speed or weather played roles in this crash.
