Plan for old Salem Mall site unveiled but funding needed
TROTWOOD, Ohio -- The site was once the shopping hub of the Miami Valley. Now it's empty space and Trotwood officials want to change that.
This conceptual plan for the old Salem Mall site includes office parks, commercial development, residential and green space with parks.
It would be done in several phases and include a new city hall, a library and a community center.
The plan was unveiled last night at Trotwood-Madison High School.
Officials are looking for community input and the money to make the plan a reality.
