DAYTON, Ohio - Dayton & Montgomery County are set to begin vaccinating the general public against the H1N1 virus at Hara Arena on Monday, December 14.

Hara Arena, located at 1001 Shiloh Springs Rd., will house the clinic which begins at 1pm and ends at 7pm.

Organizers want to be clear that this clinic is open to anyone, but participants must complete a flu vaccination consent form. The form is available at phdmc.org, local Montgomery county libraries, and also at the clinic.

Children under age 10 that received their first H1N1 vaccination on or before November 16 are eligible to receive their second dose at this clinic.

More information regarding H1N1 clinics can be obtained at the above mentioned website or by calling the flu information line at 224-8796.
