Ex-ministry leaders indicted on sexual imposition charges
LEBANON, Ohio -- They once ran a ministry in South Lebanon. Now they've been indicted on charges of sexual imposition and child endangering.
Arrest warrants have been issued for Alice Kilburn and Jeff Kilburn of Warren County.
They face charges of endangering children, a second-degree felony and sexual imposition.
Police reports say the alleged incident involved a 16-year-old and took place at Clark HomePlace on McKinley Street in South Lebanon earlier in the summer.
The Kilburns now live in the Pioneer Village near Caesar Creek Lake.
