Two facing charges in murder of Ansonia man

WINCHESTER, Indiana --  New information on the murder of 53 year old Patrick Cheadle of Ansonia.  Police say he was shot and killed on Halloween night in rural Randolph County.  The StarPress of Muncie, Indiana reports that Cheadle told a friend he wanted to buy three or four pounds of marijuana. Police say he was killed when the drug deal went bad.

Terry Durbin of New Castle, Indiana and 19 year old David Mizner of Winchester are accused im Cheadle's killing.
