Two accused of alleged rape released from jail

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Ohio -- Two men accused of a kidnapping/rape early this morning have been released from jail.

No charges have been filed.

The alleged victim says she was pulled into a pick up truck in Harrison Township and driven to the 3800 block of North Dixie where she was raped.

The woman identified the two suspects were questioned.

Investigators said the men were arrested, but were released, pending further investigation.
