Trotwood kids removed from care of grandmother

TROTWOOD, Ohio --  Four children ages 2 to 10 taken away from  their grandmother  and placed in the custody of another family member.  Police say the kids were found inside the house on Rio Grande with very little food.  Forty-five year old Teresa Hill will be charged with child endangering.
