School bus, Tractor, and Semi collide near Union City
DARKE COUNTY, Ohio - Police were dispatched to the scene of a three vehicle accident at 11:47 am today on State Route 47 near Union City.
A Semi attempted to pass a farm tractor on Rt. 47 west of Rt. 49 when it struck a Head Start bus that was pulling onto the highway.
The truck then struck the tractor causing it to overturn several times.
The truck driver and the tractor operator, 54 year old Andrezej Latacz and 46 year old John Grow respectively, were both taken to Wayne Hospital.
The one adult and three juvenile passengers on the bus were not injured.
