Mother gets three years for rollover death of infant daughter
TROY, Ohio - Twenty-four year old Tiffani Cantrell of Piqua must serve three years in prison for the death of her five month old daughter in 2008. She was found guilty by a Miami County Common Pleas jury in October. Witnesses say that Cantrell was across the street from her home drinking beer and taking Vicodin. Prosecutors say that when she returned home, she placed her daughter Keandra into bed with her and later rolled over on her, smothering her. Childrens Services warned Cantrell in 2006 about the dangers of sleeping with children
