Man nabbed after calling in phony prescriptions
CLARK COUNTY, Ohio -- A man was arrested yesterday on charges of deception to obtain dangerous drugs and illegal processing of drug documents.
Nathan L. Jarvis, 27, reportedly called in a phony prescription to Discount Drug Mart in Mad River Township, claiming to be from a doctor's office.
Police reports say the pharmacy staff discovered Jarvis' information was incorrect and called the doctor's office to verify the prescription
Jarvis was nabbed when he allegedly tried to pick up the drugs.
He is in the Clark County jail.
