Girl avoids abduction outside Xenia school
XENIA, Ohio - Police are looking for a man they say may have tried to abduct a girl outside a Xenia elementary school.
The girl told school officials at the Cox Elementary School that a white male attempted to coax her into his car by saying he was supposed to pick her up from school. The girl escaped the situation and reported it immediately to the officials.
Police say the suspect is a white male, approximately 6 feet tall and believed to be in his mid-40's. He has black or brown hair and a moustache, and was wearing jeans, a black leather coat, and tinted glasses at the time he saw the girl.
The man is also believed to be driving a black vehicle.
