Clark County elections certified but not everything decided

SPRINGFIELD, Ohio -- Some election results are still undetermined in Clark County.

The Board of Elections certified the November 3rd results yesterday, including the intriguing race for Tremont City mayor.

David Shaw topped incumbent Tony Flood, but questions remain about whether Shaw lives there after his home was detached from the village.

He and his wife now rent an apartment in Tremont City and a local judge denied the village council's request to delay the certification.

Prosecutors say the issue is now between Shaw and whomever is challenging him from taking office.

Recounts are also pending for one village council seat and in a Greenon school board race.
