SPRINGFIELD, Ohio -- Social convention says that you don't pour beer on someone's head, then punch him in the face and head causing injury, even if you know that person.

But that's what 25-year-old Elaina Anne Feagans, 25, of Rosewood Avenue is accused of.

She was arrested yesterday and charged with domestic violence, assault and disrupting public services.

The incident started at the Night Gallery Lounge, 1610 Mitchell Blvd. Outside the bar, the man took out his cell phone to call for help, but Feagans took it, police reports say.

Feagans was located later where she was arrested and taken to the Clark County Jail.
