Truck hits rear of slow grain cart, flips in Darke County crash
DARKE COUNTY, Ohio -- A crash last night in Darke County sends two to the hospital.
It happened around 7:30 p.m. in the southbound lane of U.S. 127 just south of Kruckeburg Road just east of Greenville.
Darke County deputies say a pickup truck flipped after hitting a rear tire of the grain cart that was being pulled by a slow-moving tractor.
The farmer, Dave Fourman, 41, Arcanum, and the driver of the pickup truck, Garry Flatter, 60, Greenville, were taken to Wayne Hospital, but injuries did not appear to be serious.
