MERCER COUNTY, Ohio - Sheriff Jeff Grey says records taken from the County Board of Elections have been returned. On October 8, the board contacted the sheriff's office and told deputies a man left the board office with the records after he asked to see them.  The 34 year old man from Fort Recovery was stopped by deputies while trying to drive away from the courthouse.  Some of the documents were originals, and there were also voter registration lists.  No arrests so far, but the case has been forwarded to the Mercer County prosecutor .
