I drive this route several times a week. It appears that there is no merge time for these dump trucks entering the highway from the left side. I've seen some trucks jump out into the flow of traffic with the expecatation that everyone else should react accordingly. I don't blame the truck drivers, but the perfect storm exists; a difficult traffic entry configuration combined with aggressive driving, speed and lack of awareness; the recent deaths in that area are a tragic result. My prayers go out to the families and friends of those lost, and to all the responders and witnesses coping with the traumatic events.
