Top Scientist Becomes New Central State Provost
WILBERFORCE, Ohio -- A new Central State University administrator comes from the world of science.
Juliette B. Bell has been hired as Central State's new provost and vice president for academic affairs.
She is well known biochemist who has been honored by the White House and in an exhibition at the Chicago Museum of Science and Industry.
At Fayetteville State University in North Carolina, Bell was dean of the College of Basic and Applied Sciences.
The native of Talladega, Alabama, will be working to improve student success at Central State, including retention and graduation rates.
