Services For Darke County Prosecutor Richard Howell
GREENVILLE, Ohio - Darke County Prosecutor Richard Howell died at his home Friday. He was 56. There will be visitation Monday, September 14th at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home from 5 to 9 p.m. There will be an Elks Lodge of Sorrow at 9 p.m. Services are Tuesday at 11 a.m. followed by burial at Greenville Cemetary. Memorial contributions can be made to the Cancer Association of Darke County.
