Rollover Crash Injures Four
GREENVILLE, Ohio -- Four people were hospitalized last night after their vehicle rolled into a creek in Darke County, according to the sheriff's office.
The accident happened around 7:30 p.m. on Ohio Route 49 at Schnorf-Jones Road, between Phillipsburg and Pitsburg. Both directions of Route 49 were shut down for some time while authorities dealt with the accident.
Deputies said an Oldsmobile driven by Tammy Miller, 28, was traveling northbound when it went off the right side of the road. Miller overcorrected and struck a guardrail before the vehicle rolled upside-down into a creek.
The woman and her husband, 30-year-old Gary Miller, were both taken to Miami Valley Hospital. Their two children, ages unknown, were taken to Children's Medical Center in Dayton.
None of the injuries were believed to be life-threatening.
