LEBANON, Ohio - The Arkansas woman who struck a motorcycle and killed a Warren County couple was found not to have any drugs or alcohol in her system, according to toxicology reports.

Amber Rogers of Bald Knob, Arkansas is charged with vehicular homicide - a misdemeanor - along with traveling left of center and failure to wear a seatbelt after her pick-up truck crossed the center line on OH-123 on June 27. Her truck struck a motorcycle, killing both Amy Dorn of Lebanon and Aaron Adams of Wayne Township.

Presence of alcohol or drugs could have supported a felony charge, but investigators said the tests proved negative. Rogers, 40, is in the Miami Valley working on an underground pipeline project. She is scheduled for a pretrial hearing on Thursday in Lebanon Municipal Court.

Adams, 26, and Dorn, 22, were traveling to meet friends after attending a wedding for a friend at Camp Kern.
