DAYTON, Ohio - The Dayton Regional Transit Authority will alter several regular bus routes between Friday, July 3 and Sunday, July 5 in order to accommodate street closings during the Cityfolk Festival and Dayton's Independence Day fireworks celebration.

Since the legal holiday for July 4 is Friday, July 3, buses will run on their normal Sunday schedule. Saturday and Sunday will remain the same, but some of the buses will be rerouted on Sunday due to street closings.

The streets bordering the festival will be closed from 6 p.m. Thursday until midnight Sunday into Monday.

Stay tuned to AM1290 and 95.7FM NewsTalk Radio WHIO, as well as www.newstalkradiowhio.com, for complete coverage of the weekend's festivities.
