ST. PARIS, Ohio -- A Graham High School teacher in Champaign County who was investigated after racy photos of her got into the hands of students is set to travel into space.

Chantelle Rose, 36, was one of one of seven teachers chosen to go into space by the nonprofit group Teachers in Space.  NASA had a Teachers in Space program that ended after teacher Christa McAuliffe was killed in the 1986 Challenger accident.

A teacher at Milford Junior High in Cincinnati, 56-year-old Steve Heck, was also chosen for the program.  The chosen educators have already started training and are expected to be sent into space sometime in two to four years.

Last month, pictures of Chantelle in lingerie were circulated after a student took her phone and sent them to his phone.

Superintendent Jim Zerkle said Chantelle was not disciplined, but it was bad judgment on her part.
