WAYNESVILLE, Ohio -- The funeral for a 2-year-old killed in an ATV accident earlier this week has been set for 11 a.m. Saturday.

The funeral for Levi Jones will be held at the First Baptist Church at 1009 Lytle Road in Waynesville.

The Warren County Sheriff's Office is still investigating the circumstances surrounding the death.  Emergency crews were called to a Wayne Township home around 6 p.m. Monday, July 6.

The toddler was apparently riding an ATV with his father, 29-year-old Ryan Jones, when they struck a boulder and were thrown from the vehicle.  The 2-year-old was rushed to Children's Medical Center in Dayton -- he was pronounced dead just after 12 a.m. Tuesday from crushed lungs.

Neither the boy or his father were wearing helmets, according to the sheriff's office.
