Trial for Former CJ Coach Delayed
DAYTON, Ohio -- The trial has been postponed for an attorney and former Chaminade Julienne girls basketball coach who was scheduled to go on trial Monday on Internet exploitation charges.
32-year-old Marc Greenberg of Centerville is accused of sending sexually explicit videos of himself to underage girls on the Internet. He is charged with violating 12 federal obscenity laws.
He was arrested in May for sending images of himself to undercover detectives who he thought were teenage girls.
The attorneys for Greenberg requested the delay because government officials had not yet fully analyzed the contents of the computer seized from Greenberg's home. U.S. District Judge Thomas Rose agreed and granted the continuance.
If convicted, Greenberg could get 120 years in prison.
