Tot Nearly Drowns At Cesar Creek

WARREN COUNTY, Ohio -- A two-year-old boy nearly drowns at Cesar Creek State Park.

The child was flown by Careflight to a local hospital and is expected to recover.

The boy was taken from the water by his mother and grandmother. He was not responsive and was turning blue.

A park ranger started CPR before the boy was helicoptered out.
