Teacher's Naughty Pics Found By Student

ST. PARIS, Ohio -- A Graham High School teacher in Champaign County is under investigation after photos of her in lingerie got out among students.

Science teacher Chantelle Rose apparently had racy photos of herself on her phone. The pictures got into the hands of a student when he took her phone and sent them to his phone.

Superintendent Jim Zerkle said the incident didn't involve anything illegal, but it was bad judgment on the teacher's part.

Zerkle said Rose was not disciplined by the school district, but the case will be reviewed by the Department of Education's Office of Professional Conduct.

Yes i agree with most of your stories. but i was a student of Rose and she always had her phone out in class and was texting on it all the time and any kid that came in her room was allowed on it. the school rule is that there is NO cell phones to be in any classroom, including teachers. yes this kid shouldnt have done it but i believe she brought onto herself.

He took the TEACHER'S phone
So her private phone, not a school issued phone, was taken from her by a lowlife punk kid....Why on earth should SHE be investigated for ANYTHING? That like him stealing her car, speeding, and HER getting the ticket for it. I was HER private picture and NOBODY else should have stolen it from her or forwarded it on to anyone. If my kids did that I would PUNISH them and make them apologize to the teacher. Again, why would the school waste their time and money on this non-story?

Because the field of education DOES NOT HAVE A CLUE. Only in education would there ever be a hint of investigation of the teacher and NOT the thieving student who took something THAT WAS NOT HIS.

The student should be disciplined and not the teacher. The teacher had the pics on her phone and not in the public. Why should she be disciplined?
