Armed Men Invade Home, Steal Sneakers
SPRINGFIELD, Ohio -- Police in Springfield got a call Saturday, June 27, about an unusual home invasion.
It happened around 2 p.m. in the 1400 block of Delta Road. A woman told officers four men came into her apartment, threatened her at gunpoint, and ran off with a pair of shoes.
She said at one point one of the men threatened to shoot her if she didn't tell them where everything was. Police said the woman told them one of the men grabbed a pair of tennis shoes, and the four took off on foot.
The man with the gun was described as a black male around 5'8" last seen wearing gray sweatpants.
Anyone with information should call Springfield police at 324-7680.
