Woman Charged With Sex With 12-Year-Old

DAYTON, Ohio -- A 55-year-old Dayton woman is charged with rape for allegedly having sex with a neighborhood 12-year-old boy on her birthday.

Gloria J. Murphy of 5440 Rawlings Drive, was arrested last Friday morning.

Cops say the incident happened late Wednesday, lasting into the early hours the next day

There was reportedly no force involved but since the he is younger than 13, it is considered rape.

Murphy is in jail on $25,000 bond and is expected to appear in court next Monday.

Murphy has no previous arrests or criminal conviction in Montgomery County.

a lifetime on the sex offenders list. Don't you people think it's about time you changed your priorities? Madoff is living in his Manhattan penthouse and the authorities will protect him from the people he ripped off.
