OREGONIA, Ohio--State troopers say 81 year old Weldon B. Fannin of Waynesville died Friday following an accident on Oregonia Road.  They say he was westbound when he lost control, went off the road, hit a sign and went airborne. His car landed upside down and hit a parked car.  Fannin was pronounced dead at the scene. A person in the car that was hit, 49 year old Jill K. Klontz of Oregonia, was treated at the Atrium with non life threatening injuries.
