MIAMI COUNTY, Ohio -- One person is dead and another is injured after a Sunday morning crash near Piqua.

The accident happened on Farrington road around 4:20 a.m., and the Ohio State Highway Patrol said alcohol and ice may be factors in the accident.

The truck was travelling eastbound near Stillwell Road when it went off the right side of the road, rolling several times and ejecting both people in the truck, according to state troopers.

Shaun Duff, 23, was pronounced dead at the scene.  His passenger, 23-year-old Amanda Hull was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Neither of the two were wearing seatbelts at the time of the accident.

Troopers are still investigating the accident, but alcohol and ice are both suspected as factors in the accident.
