BUTLER COUNTY, Ohio -- Area police agencies are alerting day care centers about a man who is exhibiting odd behavior when approaching workers.

According to the Butler County Sheriff's Office, deputies are investigating reports of a man going into two day care centers in the Trenton and Liberty Twp. area and requesting diaper-changing lessons. The man tells workers he will be baby-sitting for his young niece and that he does not know how to change a diaper. He then asks the worker to show him how, according to Capt. Katie McMahon.

"I consider this very strange behavior," she said.

There is some indication the man may get sexual gratification from watching diaper changing, according to information from police.

Deputies have a suspect, who is not being named at this time because no charges have been brought. The man, however, has a previous conviction for abduction and assault. Anyone who has contact with the man is asked to contact their local police agency.
