Hundreds of GM workers are being urged to take advantage of Montgomery County's Career Transition Center. The Center is designed help them find new jobs and make sure they have the right skills for those jobs. Employees can use the resources at the center for free.

"We want to do anything to move in a confident way. There are jobs out there," said Dodge. "You can find them; just get in here into the Transition Center."
