Woman Charged In Death Of Baby, Waives Hearing

COVINGTON, Ohio -- A Miami County woman is charged in the death of her baby.

Police in Covington say Naithin Johnson died from "traumatic injuries to the brain."

Danele Johnson is charged with "involuntary manslaughter".

Yesterday, she waived her right to a hearing so her case will go directly to the Miami County grand jury.

Her bond is set at $500,000.
