Official Ruling: 3-Year-Old's Death A Homicide
NEW LEBANON, Ohio -- The Montgomery County Coroner's office has officially ruled a three-year-old girl's death a homicide.
Hope Cook died of multiple fractures to the head caused by blunt force trauma July 20th.
Hope's 22-year-old sisters, Kimberly Cook-Terrill, is charged with the death and is being held on a $1 million bond.
She is also charged with child endangering and felonious assault.
The girls' family says the death was an accident and Hope fell in the bathtub.
