We need to remember that Markeson is Innocent until Proven Guilty. The news sources and Sherriff Kelley seem to be purposely obscuring the details to make the case seem worse than it is. <br> <br> For one, the "boy" or "student" is a 16-year-old high school student. And, as the details of the case have begun to come out, it seems very unlikely that a person of this age would not have been able to ward off such an attack. The story does not add up. <br> <br> I'm going to withhold my judgement until all the evidence is in. Unfortunately, many in the community have already tried, sentenced, and crucified Markeson, and even if he is found innocent, it is unlikely that he will be able to teach in this community ever again. Shame on you. <br> <br> If Markson is found guilty, he should be sentenced within the extent of the law. But, he deserves as fair trial, as each of us do.
