You do not even come close to accurately understanding the issue. The issue relates to the Constitution and being a natural born citizen, which is not the same as saying citizen. They are two different things. In addition, Obama could have been born on Mars, or Hawaii, and the issue of natural born citizenship remains. More troubling, you inaccurately state that lower courts threw out the suits. No, they did not. If they were thrown out, they would not advance up to the SCOTUS. The article is really pathetic journalism which does not serve readers at all.
