Power Worker Not Guilty In Rape

GREENVILLE, Ohio -- A Darke county jury needs just 90 minutes to find a former Dayton Power and Light contract worker "not guilty" of rape.
Ali Drew Warner of Dayton was sent to a customer's home in Arcanum last fall to disconnect the power.
The customer, a stay-at-home mother of five children, said she was raped.
Warner claimed the sex act was consensual.
