Man Accused of Shaking Baby to Death

HAMILTON, Ohio -- A man tells 911 "I did something stupid" after he said he shook the infant because she wouldn't stop crying. In a result Vincent Blanda has been charged with murder in the death of his 5-month-old baby.

Police in Hamilton said the 37-year-old was initially charged with domestic violence and child endangering. The new charges were filed after the baby died the next day.

Blanda is being held in the Butler County Jail.
