DUNLOW, W.Va. (AP) -- State Police say two bodies found Wednesday in a wooded area in southwestern West Virginia are believed to be those of a southern Ohio couple missing since mid-March.
State Police say Willard and Patty Frye of Crown City, Ohio, were last seen traveling in their vehicle on State Route 37 in Wayne County on March 14. Searchers found the couple's vehicle Tuesday near Dunlow. The bodies were discovered Wednesday in the same area.
The bodies were sent to the State Medical Examiner's Office for identification.
State Police say there were no signs of foul play. Willard Frye had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and Patty Frye had been diagnosed with dementia.
