06/16/2008 17:52:50

LEBANON, Ohio-- The man known as the "Blue Eyed Rapist" has reached a plea deal in Warren County for the sexual assaults of two women. David Hopper has accepted the deal today in court and will spend 40 years behind bars on charges of rape, kidnapping, and aggravated robbery.

He attacked two women inside a Franklin Township model home two years ago.

Police arrested him after he was caught on surveillance tape pawning the victims' rings.

Hopper had already been sentenced to more than 32 years in prison for convictions in at least two other sexual assaults in northern Kentucky. DNA evidence has also linked him to several other attacks in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana since 1992.
