The Obama Citizenship Conspiracy, Part 3
My email inbox is still smoldering from my blogs the last two days on the Conspiracy Theory that Barack Obama is not a US citizen. So, let's do it again.
First, we should talk about the real news that occurred on Wednesday, as Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy rejected two more emergency requests to have the High Court stay the results of the Presidential election.
That now means the Justices have rejected such appeals seven different times in the last six weeks.
Remember, this is the Supreme Court which has seven people nominated by Republican Presidents and two by Democrats.

Berg is sort of the point man for much of this, garnering a lot of publicity along the way. So far though, the Judicial Branch of government hasn't given him much hope.
Now let's get back to all those juicy blog comments over the last two days on this subject!
Rufus took one of the first shots, "Who cares about Obama's birth certificate, we all know who Jamie voted for."
Oh, Rufus, you obviously don't listen very carefully, or you would know that I don't vote for President, all so I don't have to lie when you accuse me of voting for one candidate or the other.
There there was Lee G., who jabbed at my lack of effort on verifying what's up with Obama's birth certificate, "Jamie, as a reporter, why would you ever take the word of a government employee at face value?"
Since I've only been to Honolulu once and won't be going back anytime soon, I searched around and found some colleagues who have been. So here's what FactCheck.org found.

I know that's not going to convince most of you who already believe that Obama was born in Kenya and then jetted to Hawaii a few days later to get a birth certificate because everyone knew he was going to run for President later in life.
So here was something else I stumbled on. Heck, someone out there found a copy of the Honolulu newspaper from August of 1961, which announces his birth.
The operative nut from this guy who did some research was, "in 1961 these (birth) announcements came directly from the Vital Statistics Office as reported by local hospitals, according to the researcher who found this information."
Oh I know, all of that could be faked as well...no one has the real copy of the newspaper...it's all part of the conspiracy, etc. Sheesh, this Obama Citizenship Conspiracy keeps getting bigger and bigger every day!
Maybe we'll find out the Democratic Party in 1961 paid for his mom's plane flight from Kenya to Hawaii to get that birth certificate filed. Anyone got some good inside links to the airlines so we could check the flight manifests?
Now, Obama is heading back to Hawaii in coming days. Could it be that he's going there to further the conspiracy???? (Cue the ominous music NOW.)

Now there's one that I actually have gotten in emails, people saying that Obama rubbed out his grandmother before the elections, so that she wouldn't spill the beans on his birthplace.

Commentary on University Emails:
For the BHO II Hawaiian Aug 4 1961 COLB to be accurate the following improbable events needed to occur:
1 month after starting classes, Stanley Ann Dunham, Barack’s mom, at age 17, got pregnant by the only black African man on the entire chain of Hawaiian islands.
2 months after getting pregnant, she drops out of college.
3 months after getting pregnant, she marries BHO Sr.
10 months after her first day at the U of HI, she delivers BHO II and immediately leaves her parents, her new husband, and her home, to fly alone with a newborn 2800 miles to Seattle to start college at the U of W.
Stanley Ann Dunham does not return to Hawaii until AFTER BHO Sr left the islands for Harvard.
This is an implausible series of events made even more nefarious because Obama II in his 2 bio books never mentions his mom left Hawaii when she was married to BHO Sr, nor does he mention she was in Washington State during this time. - Intervention Anyone?Any way to bring theses folks back down off the ledge. We get it. You have convinced yourselves that Obama is all sorts of things, the next Hitler, a communist, a Muslim. And now the worst of all, a British citizen. Yes lots of things might be true. Well, what should reasonable people believe. I say the evidence for belief that Obama is a natural born US citizen is sufficient. If you think it is not, I would hate to have to apply the same rigid standards to all my beliefs and not just have them selectively used. The fact is that Obama is a natural born citizen. No accurate or conclusive data has shown otherwise. The only thing we have against his citizenship are internet rumors. - Obama Birth CertificateAll of the reports on the issue is written as 'should be'. That is, readers should believe that Obama's birth certificate is not an issue because factcheck.com had made a certain statement and because Hawaiin officials had authenticated the computer imaged produced by Obama's camp. The latter claim is false. However, i have yet to read one investigative report in which the author write to convince the readers from a first hand perspective. That is, the reporter looked into the matter himself and he/she found facts A, B, and C, and etc. Hence he or she believe Obama is a natural born citizen.
- Obama "vauly birth cefrtificateObama "vault birth certificate" can be seen on www.igormarxo.org. This looks alot more believable than the ones on the Obama or the "FactCheck sities. As Igor allude "Nonpolitical, impartial nonprofit" websites.

- MoronicThe Obama press and internet corps keeps spewing out this drivel. The only issue here is that Obama and the Democratic party failed the American people by not properly reviewing Obama's credentials before the election to avoid this crisis. As shown below Obama could easily pay $10.00 and produce a certified copy of his birth certificate. If this had been done before the election we could have avoided this mess.
For the record, the "Certification of Live Birth" is not evidence that Obama was born in Hawaii. The newspaper clippings are not evidence that Obama was born in Hawaii.
What is evidence? Posting a certified copy of the original birth certificate that Obama could obtain by filling out a form and sending in a check for $10.00. Why is the birth certificate important? Because that is the only document that will have verifiable information on it such as the name of the hospital, doctors and witnesses. That information could then be verified through further research. That information is missing from the "Certification of Live Birth".
Here is a website from the State of Hawaii that explains how to obtain a certified copy of a birth certificate. Shows the form filled out and ready to go. All Obama would need to do is sign it and send in the $10.00. If he is a bit stretched I am willing to pay the $10.00. Read pages 7-11 it explains the difference and why the State of Hawaii requires a birth "certificate" and not a "certification".

Another misstatement is that this issue arose somehow after the election by right wingers and it is a fringe, tin-foil hat, and the other names you use above that apparently are on a list for the Obama press corp to use in these articles with the bogus facts.
You do know that this issue arouse from Hillary well before the primaries? You do know that Phil Berg is a life long democrat and Hillary supporter? The Hillary blogs were filled with this before the primaries. Obama and the Democratic party are to blame for this for failing to openly and transparently answer this before the election. But that might have impacted the election if Obama was found not to be eligible and that did not fit into the plan. You and the other card carrying Obama press corp are just as much to blame as Obama and the Democratic party. It looks like Obama and Blagojevich are taking the same approach. Whatever it is that Obama has apparently been hiding will come out. If it shows that Obama knowingly placed his name on the ballots in all the States it is called voter fraud. Obama is a Constitutional attorney and knows full well if he meets the "natural born" standard of the Constitution. Berry Hill - an Obama voter (among many others ) have written open letters to Obama asking him to do the simple task of showing his original birth certificate in an honorable way as McCain did when similarly asked about his birth circumstances.
Aol Survey as at yesterday shows 44 states and 52% (and growing) of Americans believe Obama's birth certificate issue is valid.
The mainstream media as a whole is now becoming incensed by Barack Obama's lack of transparency and journalists' weak reasons for their excessive frivolous investigations in Wasilla vs in Chicago and Obama's past --- as can be seen for example in MSNBC discussions on video.
It is not a fringe or right wing issue. - When speaking about the Supreme Court, it doesn't matter whether there is validity to the citizenship argument or not. The real issue is that the Supreme Court has a moral obligation to look at this. If the Supreme Court doesn't at least look at it, then they prove they do not care about the Constitution. PERIOD. And, it is at this point (Obama's inauguration) at which I will cease my observance of any federal "laws" passed under Obama's administration, as they will be Constitutionally null and illegitimate. As a law enforcement officer, I swore an oath to uphold the Constitution. So if the Supreme Court (read federal government) ignores the Constitution, I side with the Constitution. End of story. You won't find me arresting anyone for violating the new federal "laws" passed under Obama's administration, either.

What all of this points to is simply this: Facts and laws are best decided by authenticated documents submitted to a court (for the facts) and a ruling on definitional standards (for the laws). Mr. Obama has to be understood, by now, to be operating under something of a cloud. While the American MSM has ignored the issue -- no doubt due to the fact that McCain's own untenable claim to being "natural born" acted to muzzle him during the general election and denied an airing of this issue for the benefit of voters like myself who are only now finding out about it -- the foreign press is now focusing a spotlight upon it. If his parents were indeed married on the date of his birth, he does not pass the only known definitional standards rendered to date (the Elg case) as a "natural born citizen" because of the dual citizenship that both FactCheck and "FightTheSmears" claim. If his mother was NOT married, or if the marriage should be deemed invalid (annulled) due to a problem of "bigamy" rendering it thus, then his sole heritage for purposes of citizenship might look solely to the mother, and render him a "natural born citizen." - FACTS + LAW (3)And then there is the FactCheck.org and Obama's own "FightTheSmears" website's assessment of the "true facts" which point to Barack Obama II having taken dual citizenship. "Natural born citizen" as a provision of Article II seems to have been taken definitionally from Emerich deVattel's 1758 treatise "Law of Nations" by the Framers of the U.S. Constitution. Some argue that it was a borrowing from Blackstone and his commentaries on English common law which addressed "natural born subjects" but that is an argument, with finer points, for a Court to resolve. - FACTS + LAW (2)There are also MSM reports that Obama Sr. was married to a woman named Keziah back in his native Kenya, with whom he already had a child, when he took up with Stanley Ann Dunham, potentially rendering him a bigamist if and when he "married" Barack's mother.

Other reports verify that Obama Sr. had additional children by Keziah when he returned to Kenya, even though he had brought back a white woman from Boston, Ruth Nidesand, and married her in Kenya and had two sons. He still had relations with Kezia, producing more children, which might be why Nidesand divorced him, remarried a Tanzanian, and had her two children adopted to take the stepfather's name which is Ndesandjo. Obama Sr.'s 3rd wife, an additional "stepmother" to Pres-elect Obama, still resides in Africa.

I don't know if anyone has attempted to verify whether his parents were actually married or not, by obtaining a copy of the wedding license on Maui. I believe the newspaper birth announcement was ran in order to support his claim for citizenship. What does this mean? Upon return to the U.S., didn't Hawaii issue birth certificates for children of citizens that were born overseas? So how does the statement above qualify Obama definitively as "natural born?" Also, were black people racially defined as "African" in 1961, or as "Negro?" Were non-U.S. white parents from Germany or Britain defined as "European" or as "Caucasian?" - Not blinded by "his light"Just get the vault birth cert, and get it over, he is putting his life and Mine/Ours on the line and I for one of hundred of thousands do not believe him for a minute. - Why not spend $15 to show the full birth certificate instead of hundreds of thousands fighting it? Why seal your college records? This could be easily resolved by Obama. Also, Obama was on the board of factcheck (previously) so that is a conflict of interest. Why does the next President of tH eUnited States Refuse to release his long form birth certificate to a REPUTABLE news agency or even better a court of Law. The issue at this point to me is not whether he is or is not qualified but why he would want this controversey to continue. We need a politician at this time that has nothing to hide and hides nothing. - Newspaper evidenceAs I'm in Honolulu and can easily go to the newspaper library, I can print a microfilm clipping of the Vital Statistics list.
Once upon a time, I had a job requiring work with these lists. They are compiled from hospital reports. There's no way a parent can come to the Department of Health, or to the newspaper, and get a birth announcement inserted.
Finally, for those who maintain the state law enables foreign-born babies to get a Hawaii birth certificate: That's true, but the certificate would reflect the foreign birth, not state that the baby was born in Honolulu. That's from the staff at the DOH.
However, don't everybody call them up. They are TRULY sick of this whole issue. Folks have been rude enough to ignore the time difference and have awakened staff at home in the middle of the night.
It's all such rubbish. The Constitution doesn't require a long-form birth certificate. It just requires you prove your citizenship status. The short-form document Obama provided took care of that. - The real questionJamie, can you give us an answer as to why Obama would not pay $20 for an official copy of his long-form birth certificate and release it to the press, instead choosing to spending tens of thousands of dollars fighting these lawsuits about his birth? I'm just a poor simple man, but that doesn't make sense to me. Can you help?
- BO not natural-born.BO is not a natural-born citizen of the USA and, thus not edible to be president of the USA. It doesn't matter where he was born, even if it was Hawaii, his father was a British / Kenyan citizen and thus so was BO at birth. To be natural-born you must be born on US soil, to two parents that are also citizens. Even BO's website 'fight the smears' said he was “native-born†and not natural-born. BO knows he's not eligible and hides that fact in plain site. People ask, “why would he spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to hide his birth certificate when he could have just paid $10 or $12 to have a copy of his long form birth certificate?†Again, the reason is that he's misdirecting people from the fact that no matter where he was born, he's not natural-born.

Where de Vattel says: "The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. As the society can not exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers..."

Therefore, based upon Vattel neither John McCain nor Barrack Obama are natural-born citizens and are not eligible to be POTUS. McCain was born in Panama (not in the country, and not on a base), and BO's father was a citizen of Kenya.

The real people of the United States are finally waking up to see just how corrupt our Government is. If it was up to them they would just get rid of our Constitution. They have been carving away at it for years including the Supremes. However in my opinion this is just what we need to get us back on track and monitor what these people are doing to our freedoms. I bow to our forefathers that had enough insight to foresee a future Barack Obama. He will NEVER be President of these free United States, EVER. If a Representative and Senator does not stand up for America during the Congressional procedure and he makes it past inaguration, eventually the USMC will storm the White House, take him and his corrupt cabinet into custody. Mark my word. As many other American's my Grandparents imigrated from Europe because of the politics that drove them from their homeland. They had NOTHING except what they could carry in suitcases. They adapted to the United States and embraced her freedom. Never took one dime from any program and oddly enough had 100's of off spring that were sucessful. If I am not Politically Correct with my opinon then you and all the other pabulum-puking liberals can kiss my Red White and Blue Ass....
